Shipping Policy

In normal circumstances, Monday through Friday, we ship via UPS Ground. If you prefer another shipping service, please contact us to place your order.
We normally ship orders within 3 - 5 days of receipt, during the holidays orders ship within 5 -7 day of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment. In the event of any back orders, partial orders may be shipped with notification included to advise you on expected ship date for your back ordered item(s).
Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We do not offer returns or refunds only exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy: choose products they want to exchange an item for.
Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.

To initiate a exchange, please complete the following steps:
Choose the products you wish to exchange from your order
It will take 7 days to replace product, or store credit will be issued.
Damages
If it is a problem with the product, we will exchange.
Damages due to shipping must be immediately reported to the carrier.
All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Store credit will be issued for damaged shipments once paperwork from carrier is received.
